Villa Jasmin is a three-story villa with a surface area of 700 m2, situated in the settlement of Ružića just 12 km from Opatija and the sea. The special value of the villa is the enchanting fragrance of the jasmine flowers, especially during the month of June, when the blossoms from the 39 jasmine plants on the grounds are most fragrant. During their stay, all guests are ensured special privacy and a feeling of comfort in the use of all the villa offers.
Vila Jasmin consists of two apartments. Ground floor apartment is for 6 persons and apartment on the first floor is for 4 persons. The villa can be rented in full or every apartment separately. Both apartments use the common facilities in the basement and the surrounding area.
