Villa Jasmin is a three-story villa with a surface area of 700 m2, situated in the settlement of Ružića just 12 km from Opatija and the sea.

The villa stands on 4500 m2 of fenced grounds, featuring a lovely garden and fountain. The villa offers two separate apartments (194 m2 and 246 m2) containing: two spacious living rooms (each over 120 m2) with fireplace, three fully equipped contemporary kitchens, five bedrooms, five bathrooms, separate guest toilet, wellness centre with three types of saunas, fitness room, konoba (tavern) with ten chairs for gathering together, a wine cellar with 170 bottles of traditional white and red wines, external covered gazebo with table and 10 chairs, tennis court, swimming pool (100 m2) for adults and children, children’s playground with swing set, slide and trampoline, separate dog house (suitable for hunters), external grill with three sections (small grill, spit and peka – iron bell), two car garage, three covered and three open parking spaces. All rooms in the villa are heated and cooled. Rooms are equipped with satellite TV and safes for safeguarding valuables. The bedlinens are anti-allergenic cotton, with down pillows and duvets. The entire building and grounds of the villa have excellent WiFi signal.

We are able to organize the rental of vehicles, vessels, professional chefs, physical therapists, cosmeticians and daily or occasional catering from specialized restaurants nearby. We are able to organize daily shopping for groceries or for everyday needs.
